Leo Racicot

Leo has just updated his book of poems, ‘Alone in the Yard, Buddhist, Beat and Otherwise’ with Muffin Dog Press. This includes the original poems plus a couple of bonus poems and some prose, one of which concerns his long friendship with M.F.K Fisher.

Leo Racicot’s work has appeared in Co-Evolution Quarterly, Utne Reader, Spiritual Life, First Hand, The Poet, Faith and Inspiration, Ibbetson Street Press, Shakespeares Monkey, Poetry and Yankee. Two of his award-winning essay-memoirs were featured in “Best of…” anthologies, and his holiday story, “The Little Man,” was published by Snug Harbor Books and in animated and audio form by Fablevision. His public appearances include Out of the Blue Gallery, The Lily Pad, Cantab Lounge, Parker House, Forsyth Chapel, 119 Gallery, CityLights in San Francisco and Buzz in Washington D.C.
